Peter Boyle—Principal JP Boyle & Associates was co-founded in 2000 by Peter Boyle to address the unmet needs of senior executives in the medical device, digital health, nanotechnology and tech startups markets looking for executive search services.
Peter’s career spans over 30 years of executive search and selection experience making a difference for organizations across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and East Asia.
As a career executive recruiter, his early experience was with several large international firms. For these organizations he managed client relationships with a range of companies including Fortune 50 corporations, mid-cap businesses, non-for-profit organizations and venture funded startups.
This broad experience formed the foundation that would lead the creation of JP Boyle & Associates in 2000.
Realizing that sophisticated clients wanted greater depth of knowledge particular to their markets, an understanding their challenges and industry insights, JP Boyle & Associates was established to meet these demands.
Peter’s philosophy has consistently been to provide clients with value in the form of measurable results through strategic hiring of high-value executive talent. This has manifested in the selection and hiring of mission-critical executive talent. This has resulted in clients achieving organic revenue growth, new business acquisitions, new funding, successful exits, IPOs and other important milestones.
Being able to make an impact on client’s businesses through executive hiring is the primary driver for the business.
Outside of work, Peter has diverse interests in the arts, photography, technology, music and environmental causes. He is a graduate of DePaul University of Chicago and lives in the northern Chicago area.
